I am looking for a per hour and per ticket plan, Do you provide those?
Yes, we do provide per ticket plan for level 1 and 2 issues. The level 3 issues are charged at a range of 25 - 45 USD based on the type of professional services involved.
My end customers are non English speaking clients ? Do you have any packages for me ?
We usually work with a level 1 native speaking engineers in this case for the purpose of translation. Google translate is not something we prefer for being authentic with languages.
What are the different Support channels you guys handle ?
